Introduction
Murray & Roberts Cementation invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of Administrator Store to be placed in Impala mine ,near Rustenburg. The successful candidate will report to the Admin Manager. The company will provide remuneration and benefits relevant and appropriate to the position. Preference will be given to Historically Disadvantaged South African (HDSA) candidates. Applications only open to South African Citizens / Permanent Residents.
Job description

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:
·       Lead and supervise a team of General workers Store
·       Provide effective administrative support
·       Receive and issue tools and spares for underground and surface equipment
·       Compile track lists of equipment sent for repairs
·       Compile timesheets for equipment on rental
·       Assist in following up on open orders with suppliers
·       Maintain inventory stock levels with regard to minimum and maximum levels and replenishment of stock
·       Prepare stock reconciliation reports e.g.: Manage diesel and lube receipt and issuing records
·       Receiving, issuing and replenishment of consumable stock
·       Perform monthly cycle counts and submit to Site Admin
·       Verify quantity and quality of goods
·       Maintaining safe housekeeping practices to ensure safety standards are adhered to
·       Compliance to maintenance of stores equipment/machinery in accordance with site regulations and standards
·       Effective self-management in alignment with M&RC’s values

Minimum requirements

Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:
·       Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent
·       Certificate in Supply Chain Management or similar qualification from a recognised institution
·       MS Office proficient (Excel, Word and Outlook)
·       Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail
·       Fully conversant in English (written and verbal)
Excellent leadership and interpersonal 
 
Suitable candidates must have the following work experience:

·       At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position
·       Working experience on JDE or similar ERP system
·       Experience generating and verifying reports
·       Experience with inventory management
·       Knowledge of material handling in a store environment
·       Knowledge of Supply Chain standards and procedures
·       Underground working experienc
