Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Shift Supervisor Raise Drilling, to be based at Dwarsrivier Mine near Burgersfort, Limpopo. The successful candidate will report to the Project Manager Raise Drilling.

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:

• Effective planning, organising, control and team supervision to achieve production targets
• Instil a safety culture and coordinate raise drilling safety activities
• Conduct legal inspections in line with legal appointmen
• Coordinate raise drilling activities, logistical activities and resources through effective planning, scheduling and communications
• Effective stakeholder engagement at all levels internally and externally
• Achieve monthly targets in terms of production and safety
• Effectively complete administration tasks and reporting
• Proactive risk identification and mitigation in alignment with legal regulations, the client's and M&RC's standards, procedures and policies
