Murray & Roberts Cementation invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of Clerk Store Receiving to be placed in Zubulo. The successful candidate will report to the Administrator Site. The company will provide remuneration and benefits relevant and appropriate to the position. Preference will be given to Historically Disadvantaged South African (HDSA) candidates. Applications only open to South African Citizens / Permanent Residents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:

• Provide administrative and physical support in terms of material movements within the mine store and yard areas
• Receive, safely off-load and load materials
• Correctly capture goods received documents on JD Edwards
• GRN material / equipment received from suppliers
• Update and maintain filing and archiving of GRN documentation
• Assist with stock control and monthly cycle counts
• Comply with binning, stacking and packing procedures
• Comply with Health, Safety and Environment policy, standards and procedures
• Maintain good housekeeping standards
• Effective self-management and alignment with M&RC values and leadership initiatives
